Trade-Off:
-
Average time spent planning a St. Barth trip: 15+ Hours
-
Time spent with this map: 0 Seconds
-
Result: More time on a sunbed at Saline; less time scrolling on TikTok.
Most people visit St. Barth and hit the same three beaches and five “it” restaurants they saw on Instagram or TikTok. They miss the soul of the island because they’re busy fighting for a reservation at a place that doesn’t even have the best accras.
Stop being a tourist. Start being a regular.
I’ve visited St. Barth 5 times in the last decade, and now I’m handing over my personal 2026 Google Map.
-
120+ Curated Pins: From the “Secret” Grand Fond pools to boutiques that don’t have websites.
-
The “Anti-Scene” Filter: My personal list of where to eat when you’re tired of the Nikki Beach glitterati. We’re talking local burger shacks, hidden Corossol gems, and the best accras on the island.
-
Sibby-Approved: The exact logistics for parents who want luxury and a baby-friendly itinerary.
-
Offline Ready: Because let’s be real, the reception in some of these spots is non-existent.
-
Speakeasies & Sound: The rooftops and low-key music dens to grab a drink once the sun dips.
-
The “Off-Map” Bakery: The best pastries on the island from a spot so local it isn’t even on Google Maps. (And no, it’s not the usual two haunts).
-
The Essentials: Everything else you need from the iconic restaurants to the glamour of Nikki Beach and the sands of Saline, to gas stations, pharmacies, and 2026-updated viewpoints.
🌴 Mini St. Barths Travel Guide (2026 Preview)
To give you a head start on your planning, here is what you need to know for your 2026 visit:
When is the best time to visit St. Barths?
-
High Season (December – April): The most glamorous time to visit. Expect world-class yachting events (like the St. Barths Bucket Regatta) and perfect weather, but book 6 months in advance.
-
Shoulder Season (May – July): My personal recommendation. The beaches are quiet, the water is warm, and you can secure reservations at popular places much easier.
-
Low Season (August – October): Many hotels and restaurants close for hurricane season.
3 Hidden Gems You Can’t Miss
-
Colombier Beach Hike: Only accessible by boat or a 20-minute hike. It’s the best snorkeling on the island (pins included on the map!).
-
Grand Fond Natural Pools: A wild, rugged side of the island. It’s essential to know the exact path so you don’t get lost on the rocky coast.
-
Shell Beach at Sunset: The most iconic spot in Gustavia to watch the sun go down with a cocktail from Shellona.
Planning Your Logistics?
To make your trip as smooth as possible, we recommend checking the Official St. Barth Entry Requirements and the St. Barth Commuter Flight Schedule before you arrive. Once you land, our St. Barths Travel Map will take over the navigation so you can enjoy the island.
