If you’re just China find a good travel instagram caption for your trip to Shanghai, then I’ve got you covered.

We’ve all been there. Struggling and debating which photos to post while on vacation. But just as important as the photo itself if not more, the caption makes the picture. Should it be inspirational, witty, funny? If you’ve been following me for a while now, you know that I specialize in travel Instagram captions. Every time I hit up a new destination, I whip out a new set of puns created specifically for that place and what I’m doing. On this specific trip to Shanghai I came up with 7 different puns for my travel Instagram captions. If you’re need of something witty or funny to accompany your trip, then rip off one of these 7 captions:

1. Perfect for when your at a teahouse or visiting Yuyuan Garden (it’s a 2 for 1 deal!)

There’s more than just Gardens and tea at Yuyuan Garden. For more on what to do, read my article here.

2. When you’re strolling down Pudong and stop to admire the Bund

If you’re looking for 4 things to do on the Bund or East Nanjing, read my article here.

3. You’re staying at hotel on the Bund, time to showcase that boutique hotel

Finding a place to stay in Shanghai is no easy feat. If you want to move away from big hotel chains and stay in a historical boutique hotel, check out my experience at The Waterhouse at South Bund. The hotel is full of minimalistic Instagram-worthy shots to accompany that perfect travel caption.

4. When you find another teahouse in Shanghai and want to snap yet another pic

Ok, I know I said there is more than just teahouses and gardens, but some of the secret teahouses are just too pretty to resist. More on that here.

5. When your just China find a good caption for a random Shanghai moment

Getting lost on in one of the many awesome shops down East Nanjing Road is part of the fun. For more on the secret food spots and stores I stumbled upon see here.

6. The caption for that sad moment when you’re delighting in your last Xiao Long Bao before heading back home

If there’s one thing I’ll miss about Shanghai more than anything it’s the food. The cheap noodles and dumplings all made fresh in front of my eyes and the delicious yet scorching taste of those ginormous Xiao Long Baos at Yuyuan Garden. Get lost at Yuyuan Garden at night with a few soup dumplings in hand as you are surrounded by flickering lights outlining the temple shaped buildings.
