Surrounded by the red Ourika Valley mountains, neighboring Berber villages, lush landscapes and the snow-capped Atlas mountains lies Kasbah Bab Ourika. Dine beneath unpolluted night skies, bask in the breathtaking 360 degree view while reading a book, or indulge in a spa treatment. Kasbah Bab Ourika is the ultimate romantic and genuine Moroccan escape.
For the first half of my experience at Kasbah Bab Ourika, visit Stay in Kasbah Bab Ourika - Day 1. The next day the afternoon was equally as foggy, but the temperature was a bit warmer. The breakfast was plentiful and diverse - rich in eggs, pancakes, homemade marmalade, fruit and yogurt! Lunch was an unlimited Moroccan barbecue. Pat and I sat in our usual spot facing the red Ourika Valley mountains and ordered a bottle of rosé. We decided to take the rosé from our lunch and bring it over to a lounge area in the gardens while we read our books. Once again, Kasbah Bab Ourika is the place you go to if your looking for views, peace, tranquility and a romantic and restful stay.- Kasbah Bab Ourika, Ourika valley, Tnine Ourika, Morocco; +212 661-634234; Kasbahbabourika.com

Looks lovely there. We went to Marrakesh and Tangier and did a stop in Casablanca plus a hike in the Atlas Mountains. Morocco is wonderful!
Highly recommend you stop by the Ourika Valley next time you are there!

Oh my goodness be still my wildly beating heart! Going to Morocco would be a dream trip for me. I’ve wanted to go there for years. I’ll be sure to follow up on your other posts regarding it.
Was this spot expensive? Also was it easy to get around in the area where you stayed! I have so many questions !
Hi! I am so glad to here, thank you! 🙂 It was a bit more on the expensive side, but not too expensive depending on the time of year you go and the accomodation you choose. I must say though, the price is totally worth it. It was very easy to get around from where we were, but it takes a bit to get used to driving in Morocco..! Feel free to ask away all your questions 🙂
Tour accommodations look lovely. I wonder how you would compare them to the ones list in my article on my friend’s trip to Morocco – https://adventurousretirement.com/blog/morocco-a-colorful-journey/. Please read it and let me know.
